In DVD 2, we learned how to make the body move together, now in DVD 3, we are going to combine full body dynamic movements with strength and coordination. You will learn how to generate force using the entire body, now with the finesse and stability to control the kettlebell. This DVD is not for beginners and will be a sure challenge for the best of athletes! This is an advanced DVD, so I strongly urge you to get plenty of practice with the first two DVDs before attempting this one.
