LEVEL 1: THE FOUNDATION OF LIFTING
Former Navy SEAL, Rich Graham, will lead you through an instructional workout that will teach you everything you need to know about getting started in kettlebells; how to pick them up, how to put them down, hold them, and perform the exercises safely and effectively. It’s important in this Level 1 DVD to get the basics down, because it lays the groundwork for performing the more advanced exercises in succeeding DVD’s.
In the personal training section of the DVD, Rich is going to take those same principals he learned training as a Navy SEAL and apply them to developing a proper lifting technique. He will do this by showing you what to do, but more importantly what NOT to do. If you lift the way that we are teaching, you will not only prevent injury but become stronger.
